This is the client SecureID reply for server SNAC(17,0A) - server SecureID request. AIM administrators have a little pager-like thing that display a SecurID number wich changes every 60 seconds. Check also the screenshot of AIM SecurID request dialog and typical list of AIM admin priviledges.
